Yikes! Bad News! The owner of the parking lot across the street sold the lot! Starting November 14th, the Skin, A Medical Spa parking permits will no longer be valid.
However, you can still park anywhere in the lot! Just pay $7.00 using the meter*, use the Freemason Parking Garage right behind it or use metered street parking.
Good News! WE LOVE YOU so, we will take the parking cost off the service price for all clients that are effected by this change. Just remind us when you check out!
Thanks for understanding! *The $7.00 ticket let’s you stay ALL day and night until 2:00 am!
Thank you for choosing Skin A Medical Spa. We strive to render excellent and personalized care to our clients. In order to be consistent with this philosophy, Skin A Medical Spa uses an appointment system that sets aside ample time dependent on the client’s current needs. If you do not show for your appointment, or notify us of your inability to keep your appointment by phone at least 48 hours in advance, the time that has been allotted for your visit cannot be used to treat another client and is time lost to our office. With that in mind and in order to keep costs as low as possible, Skin A Medical Spa has devised the following cancellation policy:
If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we require a 48 hour notice, barring unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
If a 48 hour notice is not provided, you will be charged a $100 fee.
In keeping with the above policy, we will require credit card or other payment method information when scheduling an appointment to include initial evaluation, all injectables, and aesthetician services.
