
LATEST COVID UPDATE 10/21/2021
For the safety of our staff and ALL clients, Skin, A Medical Spa has instituted a new COVID policy. All clients MUST be Fully Vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine.
“Fully vaccinated” means on the date of the appointment a client is at least 14 days after their second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine OR at least 14 days after their single dose of an approved single dose COVID-19 vaccine.
For those with a Medical Exemption ONLY, we will need proof of the following: A negative COVID-19 PCR test performed by a medical provider within 72 hours of the appointment time. The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test.
Sorry, we will not accept religious exemptions.
Please text a picture of your Vaccine record or negative PCR test at least 48 hours prior to your visit or your appointment will be cancelled.
COVID UPDATE 6/1/2020
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our clients and staff. We have implemented protocols and guidelines outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) in order to provide treatments and services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We respectfully ask that no one accompany you to your appointment as we are unable to accommodate social distancing requirements for individuals other than clients. We ask that all clients text us upon arrival and wait in the car until we are ready to see you in an effort to maintain proper social distancing with other clients. Face masks (or suitable nose and mouth covering) are required when entering and exiting the building and may only be removed if receiving facial treatments. You will be asked to wash your hands before you are taken into a treatment room. We are screening all individuals, both clients and staff, with a temperature, check upon arrival. All clients will be asked about their recent travels, health, and possible contact with others that may have been exposed to Covid-19. We are frequently cleaning commonly touched surfaces with approved disinfectants, and our staff is wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent any viral transmission.
We plan on maintaining these added safety measures for the foreseeable future and would like you to be aware of these changes. We are here for you and have full service and treatment appointments available with Peggy, Crystal, and Margaret. We have initiated some new protocols to maintain social distancing measures to continue our hygienic policies to flatten the curve.
We will be continuing our product pickup protocol safely. In case you haven’t seen it, it works like this:
- Call ahead and prepay for the products you need.
- Together we will arrange a pickup time for you.
- We cannot take walk-ins at this time as it could interrupt our social distancing.
