FeedAmerica.org: We were able to provide meals for 8,333 people whom would otherwise have to do without!

For Kids:
Instead of collecting tips for Aesthetician services, we take donations and all the money goes to “ForKids” an organization helping homeless children and their families. This month we were able to help a boy named Travis 🙂 Read all about it here!

Skin was able to provide more than 200 pair of sunglasses/reading glasses to the people in Peru while Peggy was on her medical mission!

Skin was also  able to provide warm jackets, gloves, and scarves this past winter to those who needed them most. Thanks to all who donated!

If you would like more details on how you can get involved with any of the above events please email info@skinamedicalspa.com and we will be glad to pass on the information!

  1. On May 20, 2018, I Need A Lighthouse will be hosting their 13th Annual Beacon of Hope 5K and 1-mile
Memorial Walk. All proceeds from the event will support the programs of I Need a Lighthouse, Inc., a
Teen Depression and Suicide Education and Awareness Program. This event is a wonderful opportunity
to bring community members together to support their mission, which is to significantly reduce the loss
and suffering from teen and young adult depression, suicide, and suicidal behavior through educational
    programs and community partnerships.
This organization is incredibly close to my heart. It was created by my 5th grade teacher, whose son, my
friend, Jake, died by suicide in 2001. Following Jake’s tragic death, his mother founded I Need A
Lighthouse to educate teens and adults about depression and suicide.
I am honored to have the opportunity to help raise money and awareness for this cause and would love
to invite you to join me by donating an item to our silent auction. We anticipate at least 400 race
attendees, and each participant will have the opportunity to view the silent auction items.
Thank you for your consideration as we support I Need A Lighthouse and the amazing work they do
each and every day. All donations are tax-deductible.
For your records, I Need A Lighthouse, Inc.’s tax id number is: 54-2053940.
